Becoming a member
Are you interested in getting involved with Darlington Community Garden? As a member, you are entitled to vote on decisions at Committee meetings and the Annual General Meeting. This way, you can be involved in actively shaping the direction of our community garden. Your membership fees also help fund the administrative and insurance costs involved.
Membership fees are $20 per adult (waged) and $15 (unwaged); kids are free. Find more on our Facebook page by clicking on the Facebook icon on the top right of the page.
By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the DCG code of conduct, which is outlined on the right.
Code of Conduct

The garden is a community space and all members are asked to respect each other and the purpose of the garden.

Child Safety is our priority! Members are not to be alone with children without the explicit permission of parents.

All Members to dispose of waste appropriately, maximising the use of the DCG waste management services.

No smoking or drinking alcohol in the garden while gardening activities are underway.

Dogs are welcome in our community garden but must be under the control of their owners at all times.

Gardening is to be carried out communally and no member will assume sole use of any section of the garden, nor will individual plots be designated to any member/s

Old-fashioned membership
If you prefer the old-fashioned way, please complete and submit the online membership form below and transfer your membership fees to our bank account (see details below). Alternatively, you can download a copy of our hardcopy membership form and bring it along to a DCG busy bee or email the completed form and your payment receipt to darlingtoncg@hotmail.com. Fees can be paid directly to a committee member or by online transfer to Darlington Community Garden Inc. at BSB 633-000, Acct 168 723 849 (Please include your name in the reference field and email a copy of the receipt so we know who has paid).
